Lonely No More-August Scripture Writing Plan

Despite all the ways we have to be connected with other people in today’s world, more and more people are reporting that they feel lonelier than ever.

While it’s easy to connect with people virtually, nothing can replace face to face conversations. And having a friend that you can talk with in person is invaluable.

With the rising trend of loneliness, so many people are looking for ways to make meaningful connections. Being involved with a small group through your church or community is one way to forge these meaningful connections.

However, you may be in a place where finding a close group of friends is not possible. You could be new to where you are living and not know where to get plugged in. Or perhaps your life is so full that making time for building relationships just makes you weary.

While I encourage you to get connected with people in real life, it’s important to remember that God is there for you no matter your circumstances.

So many times in the Bible God has said He will never leave or forsake His children. I believe that still applies to us today.

If you are feeling lonely and discouraged, I encourage you to turn to God and His Word to find comfort.
