Living in this world is not for the faint of heart. Would you agree?
Unless you lock yourself away in your home and don’t interact with the outside world, you’ll know that it is hard to navigate this life without some kind of courage.
Now, courage does not necessarily mean we live without fear or automatically charge into situations without hesitation. No, courage does not mean the absence of fear. It means that you may still feel some fear but you choose to act anyway.
There are numerous self-help books to teach you how to live with courage or how to increase your self-esteem so you don’t panic in every situation that comes your way.
I believe that the best book you can read to figure out how to live courageously is the Bible. Only in God’s Word will you find out what courageous living really looks like.
This month we will be writing out verses that will show us what courageous living looks like, as well as verses that will encourage us to turn to God when life seems overwhelming.
