105: Strategies for Dealing With Stress and Anxiety

If I were to ask you what your number one feeling has been over the last year and a half as we’ve dealt with the pandemic, I would bet it would be something related to stress and anxiety.

There is no shame in admitting this because I think we can all see how our lives have drastically changed. Maybe things are close to being back to normal for you, but I would guess that there are still a few lingering effects whether or not you caught the virus. You may be like me and were never really exposed to it. However, you still had significant changes in your life.

Some people deal with stressful situations better than others. They can roll with the punches and turn hard things into positive opportunities.

However, most people I talk with have expressed they have felt stressed and anxious most of this time.

Episode 105 will help you with strategies to navigate times of stress and anxiety. One of the top tips I share is to give your stressful and anxious feelings to God.
